What is your return policy?

Most purchases may be returned within 90 days. Please ensure items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with. Refunds for store credit are free and include free shipping on your next order. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct $6 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please note all Gift Card purchases cannot be returned.

How do I start a Return?

To start a return, simply complete the pop-up form in the contact link above. Be sure to place "RETURN REQUEST:" in all caps in the subject line and your order number after the colon. For example - "RETURN REQUEST: Order 1234." In the message box, please put the item(s) to be returned and your reason for returning. Once processed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.

What is your exchange policy?

We aren’t able to offer exchanges currently. Instead, we provide free returns, free shipping, and store credit for all U.S. orders to ensure your satisfaction.

How can I make an exchange?

Since we don’t currently offer exchanges, we suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund in store credit before ordering a new item. To begin the process, please refer to the above question "How do I start a Return?" Once the return is processed, and your refund issued, you’ll be notified by email that you're free to reorder on store credit with complimentary shipping.

When can I expect my refund?

It takes us 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. You’ll receive an email once the returned item(s) are received and your refund is processed.

How do I return a gift?

We offer store credit for gift returns. To begin the process, please refer to the answer under "How do I start a Return?" Once the return is processed, and your refund issued, you’ll be notified by email that you're free to reorder on store credit with complimentary shipping. All gift cards are non-refundable.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact with a photo of the damage, or the item received that’s wrong, and your order number. We’ll take care of you!


Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address entered or items ordered. But you have one hour after the order is placed to cancel it. If you have any issues or questions, feel free to contact us via the link above.

How long before my order ships?

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days. All out-of-stock and backorder items will take longer (2-4 weeks depending on manufacturing time and importing). If you pre-order an item (out-of-stock or on backorder), you'll be notified via email once our manufacturer ships the related shipment containing your order. Note: if you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not ship until the following Monday.

What forms of payment do you take?

Currently, we only take payments through PayPal. We'll add more in the near future. We do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards. Feel free to contact us if you have a special payment request, we'll do our best to take care of you.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Domestic - We process all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic orders, and all PO Box orders, are shipped via FedEx SmartPost (with final delivery by the USPS). Within the continental U.S. this takes 5–10 business days, while shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/DPO sites takes 2–4 weeks. Expedited domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Expedited U.S. shipping takes 3-4 business days.

International - We don’t offer international shipping at the moment.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic - First time orders, orders over $150 USD and orders from U.S. subscribers receive free standard shipping within the continental U.S. Standard U.S. Ground Shipping (FedEx SmartPost) costs $9.95. Expedited U.S. Shipping (UPS) costs between $14.95 and $19.95 based on your location and the weight of your order.

Where do you ship?

For now, we only ship to the U.S.

What is a preorder or backorder, and when will my order ship?

Some items we offer for sale before we have them in our U.S. inventory. When you pre-order these items, we’ll ship them out 1–2 business days after they become available at our warehouse. You can tell if you’re purchasing an item that is a preorder item on both the product page and at checkout. Once your order is placed, you can double-check our estimated restock date on the product page. We’ll send you a confirmation email once the item ships out of our warehouse, as well.

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

We do not offer separate gift receipts at this time. All orders arrive with a packing slip omitting the price of each product with instructions on how to exchange or return. Each individual item will be shipped with a removable price tag attached.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer digital gift cards for $25, $50, $100, and $200. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Where can I find my tracking?

We will send your tracking number via confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.
